After obtaining a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2000, Dr Puneeta has been practising dentistry in both private and public health sectors. She is a member of the Australian Dental Association and was also associated with the Australian Society of Endodontology.
With a strong focus on orthodontics, she continuously engages in further education and holds credentials from Progressive Orthodontics Seminars and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Orthodontics. Her abilities extend to treating patients with clear aligner therapy, having achieved Invisalign certification.
Her professional experience includes roles at the Maryborough District Health Service and Hepburn Health Service, as well as currently serving as the principal dentist at Delacombe Family Dental and its two sister brands: My Dentist Ballarat and Maryborough Dental Practice.
Dr Puneeta is proficient in a wide range of dental services, with special interests in root canal treatment, crowns and bridges, orthodontics, dentures, and aesthetic dentistry. Committed to her patients’ well-being, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and ensures transparent communication about treatments, education, and finances.
Her genuine concern for the emotional and physical health of her patients and the community is evident. Her approachable demeanour and clear communication style create a comfortable environment for her patients.
Outside of her profession, she cherishes family time and witnessing her daughter’s growth.
